Press the accelerator to the floor, accelerating to 15 mph over the speed limit. Once that has been achieved, immediately remove your foot from the accelerator until you coast to 15 mph under the speed limit. Brakes can be applied at judicious points to further enrage the drivers behind you. Repeat as necessary.
